When determining level of sponsorship be sure to include 'in-kind & food' donations. Sponsorships are 100% Tax-Deductible.

All persons attending must register. Registration is FREE for our workshop presenters, and for pre-registered students with ID.

For ALL others: pre-registration is $30, which includes all events & food ($35 at the door), Friday only is $10.
Friday only: pre-registration is $10 ($15 at the door). Scholarships are available.

Vendors & Informational Tables:
Please note: All exhibitors, whether vending or informational only, are expected to have 1 -2 attendees at their tables during exhibit times.
All tables will be in the Social Hall in the Wick Student Center.
This room will be locked during workshop times to allow everyone to attend workshops.

Exhibit Times:
Friday 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(Room is locked between 10:30 - 12:45 while workshops are underway.)

****Please note that vendors/information tables not presenting a workshop are responsible for purchasing a registration ticket.
